Tengo Frio

Es muy temprano para andar con sustos...he dejado atras tantos...
Ahora tengo unos nuevos...tengo miedo de no poder dejar de pensar en cosas malas...de seguir constantemente recordando mis defectos y lo que no puedo hacer...
Tantas cosas se han sabido ultimamente... "...somos mas viejos y sinceros..." Eso significa que todo esta en constante cambio...nunca hay nada estatico...
Creo que converti el miedo al cambio en una necesidad...por eso soy tan inestable...no quiero que el cambio me coja desprevenida, entonces soy yo el cambio...
La estabilidad es tan importante...
